No matter why you’re seeking therapy, I’m proud of you for being ready and open to change. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives for dealing with issues, relationships, and past experiences and develop more successful ways to think, behave, and feel.
I have an MA in Theology (Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy) as well as a Trauma Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an Honours BA from York University. My practice is culturally diverse, an LGBTQ+ ally, and reflects my genuine appreciation for human differences. An immigrant myself, I have experienced my own share of difficulties which inform my practice and have helped me become the therapist I am today.
Seeking therapy isn’t easy – but it’s crucial to experiencing healing and growth. Don’t wait any longer to get the help you need.
